  • A credit report will not be required until you complete a mortgage application. Therefore, we will only be able to discuss general information such as programs, interest rates and fees.

Mortgage Application
  • A Regions Mortgage representative will contact you to confirm your request and proceed with the application process.
  • The application form typically takes 15 minutes to complete.
  • When you are contacted by a mortgage representative, a $50 credit report processing fee will be collected by credit card. Therefore, we will be able to provide you with a pre-qualification based on the information on the application.
